Julian is a Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience and a strong background in Mixed Martial Arts and strength sports. A State Powerlifting Champion and active strongman competitor, he’s coached athletes to success at both Victorian and National Powerlifting Championships.
He manages Strength BND in Williamstown and leads athlete development for lifters and sports teams. Holding Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid/CPR, 2nd Dan in Goju Ryu Karate Julian specialises in:
• One-on-One Coaching – Customised programs for strength, power, injury rehab, and return-to-sport
• Group Training – Strength and conditioning for teams or small groups
• Athlete Development – Performance-focused training for sport-specific goals
