Julian is a Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience and a strong background in Mixed Martial Arts and strength sports. A State Powerlifting Champion and active strongman competitor, he’s coached athletes to success at both Victorian and National Powerlifting Championships.
He manages Strength BND in Williamstown and leads athlete development for lifters and sports teams. Holding Cert III & IV in Fitness and First Aid/CPR, 2nd Dan in Goju Ryu Karate Julian specialises in:

Adam is a registered psychologist and the founder of Excelsior Psychology, partnering with Strength BND to help create an environment where wellbeing and performance thrive under one roof.
With a background that includes eight years as a personal trainer and advanced training in both clinical and performance psychology, Adam brings a unique perspective to supporting clients in achieving their goals whether it’s in health, sport, or professional settings.

Psychologists are registered allied health professionals who use evidence-based strategies to help people understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The name Excelsior, meaning “ever upward,” reflects Adam’s philosophy: that healing, health, and high performance are not separate pursuits, but connected parts of one’s personal journey.
