Originally from a small town in Gippsland, Caiden has taken an unrelenting drive for elite performance and built it into something far bigger bringing high-level training, discipline, and ambition to the heart of Williamstown. His vision for Strength BND is simple: Raise the standard and bring others along with him.
As a former professional swimmer, Caiden competed on the international stage against the world’s best. Years of high-performance training, pressure, and discipline shaped the mindset he carries today. He now passes that standard on as a head coach at Nunawading / Cheltenham Swimming Club, where he continues to coach athletes on the Australian team.
Outside the pool and the gym floor, Caiden continues to test his own limits as a competitive bodybuilder, chasing his Pro Card with the same intensity that defined his professional sporting career.
Under Caiden’s leadership, Strength BND is becoming a place where athletes, lifters, bodybuilders and everyday people can train with purpose, high standards, and be catered like professionals.
