Our facility is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, from everyday gym-goers to high-performance professionals. With expert coaching onsite, along with physios and dietitians, we provide an elite space where individuals can push their limits and achieve their goals.

Originally from a small town in Gippsland, Caiden has taken an unrelenting drive for elite performance and built it into something far bigger bringing high-level training, discipline, and ambition to the heart of Williamstown. His vision for Strength BND is simple: Raise the standard and bring others along with him.
As a former professional swimmer, Caiden competed on the international stage against the world’s best. Years of high-performance training, pressure, and discipline shaped the mindset he carries today. He now passes that standard on as a head coach at Nunawading / Cheltenham Swimming Club, where he continues to coach athletes on the Australian team.
Outside the pool and the gym floor, Caiden continues to test his own limits as a competitive bodybuilder, chasing his Pro Card with the same intensity that defined his professional sporting career.
Under Caiden’s leadership, Strength BND is becoming a place where athletes, lifters, bodybuilders and everyday people can train with purpose, high standards, and be catered like professionals.

2nd Dan Black Belt | State Powerlifting Champion | Strongman Competitor
Julian is a Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience coaching Mixed Martial Arts and a strong background in strength sports. A State Champion and active strongman competitor, he’s coached athletes to success at both Victorian and National Powerlifting Championships.
He manages the Strength BND facility in Williamstown, where he leads programming and athlete development. Certified in Fitness (Cert III & IV) and First Aid/CPR, Julian specialises in strength and conditioning, self-defence, injury rehab, and performance training for athletes and sporting teams. He’s known for building strong, capable performers—from first-timers to elite competitors.

Mitch has been a part of the Strength Bnd team for the past 2 years and has become a vital asset for the business as it’s gone through many changes and transitions through its time. No doubt Mitch will continue to bring forward new ideas and implementations that will carry through into the gym’s future.
Competing in local football & basketball teams, he’s no amateur to competition. Winning 4 premierships with his footy team and a shower of 20+ trophies through his basketball. Leveraging off his aerobic fitness, Mitch competed in his first ever marathon mid 2024 along the Great Ocean Road.
Going through his uni days, Mitch is now in his 4th year of studying Osteopathy. His practice working hand in hand for strength training, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Borys is the youngest member of the Strength Bnd team, but no stranger to the gym. After more than two years of consistent training and being a familiar face on the gym floor, he’s now bringing his energy, passion, and knowledge to the team in a professional capacity.
Currently studying osteopathy in 2026, Borys has a keen interest in the human body, movement, and long-term health. His background in sport is extensive - Growing up playing tennis, soccer, swimming, and later developing a love for hiking and snowboarding. He recently completed two major hikes: the Falls Creek to Mt Hotham trail in Victoria and the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand, reflecting his love for challenge, nature, and endurance.
